REGULATIONS ON SERVICED APARTMENTS, LUXURY APARTMENTS & HOTEL APARTMENTS
Welcome to Somi Luxstay - luxury apartment accommodation service. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions below of Somi Luxstay. We reserve the right to refuse permission or require a person who has been checked in to leave the apartment without refund or compensation if any of these rules are not followed, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior to ensure the safety, security or order of the apartment community, or if we believe the circumstances so require.
1. Guests will be charged per night.
2. Check-in time is 14:00 - arrival date and check-out time is 12:00 noon - departure date.
3. If the guest does not specify the length of stay upon check-in, the hotel will consider it as one night.
4. Guests must be present before 14:00 (2:00 pm), after this time the reservation will be canceled if the guest does not contact.
5. The room is only allowed to accommodate 2-3 guests, depending on the apartment type for the service package, children over 7 years old or the fourth guest will be charged extra.
6. Baby cots can be provided for children under 2 years old upon request.
7. Bills must be paid by cash or valid credit card, personal checks are accepted.
8. If you need to check out after 14:00, please contact the service department before 12:00 (depending on room availability, otherwise an additional night will be charged).
9. It is strictly forbidden to take furniture out of the living room or move them to other places in the apartment.
10. When not in use, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
11. It is forbidden to invite strangers into the living room, use the equipment and facilities. For security reasons, participants must register at the service before entering the room.
12. It is strictly forbidden to hang any items on the living room window that may damage the appearance of the apartment.
13. Ordering and delivering food from outside our company is prohibited.
14. It is strictly forbidden to hang any items on the living room window that may damage the beauty of the apartment.
15. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
16. The installation of any foreign objects in the guest room or any part of our building is prohibited.
17. Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the date given at check-in are requested to notify our service before 10am on the original departure date.
18. Extension of stay without prior reservation is subject to room availability.
19. No guest is allowed to give up his/her room to a third party even if payment has been made.
20. Gambling or any other immoral behavior is strictly prohibited in the hallway or guest room.
21. Any damage must be reported to our service as soon as it becomes apparent.
22. The use of the guest room or lobby as an office is strictly prohibited.
23. It is strictly prohibited to bring in illegal items, exotic plants or animals.
24. Durian or anything that causes a foul odor is not allowed in the apartment.
25. Guests and other individuals using the services of Somi Luxstay are required to ensure that their behavior does not disturb other guests. We may refuse to provide services to individuals who violate the rules.
26. Guests must lock their rooms properly to prevent third party intrusion. When leaving the apartment, guests must close and lock the doors, windows and anti-theft roller shutters. The building management and the apartment services will not be responsible in any way for any loss/or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel apartment room or locker or any other part of the Somi Luxstay service for any reason, including petty theft.
27. Guests must keep all equipment and furniture in the room undamaged.
28. The guest is responsible for any damage or loss to any equipment or furniture in the room at the cost of repair or replacement.
29. Non-washable stains, rips or tears on bed linen or towels will be charged to your bill.
30. In the event of a lost or damaged key card, a compensation fee will be charged to the apartment service bill.
31. Items left by guests will be sent upon request by post at the guest's expense to any address specified by the guest. If not specifically instructed, Somi Luxstay service will store such items for 15 days and then donate them for charity.

Clean accommodation with disinfectant; high-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays and bed linens and towels are laundered at a minimum temperature of 60°C.
